• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 3-6 business days
• Small Towns: 4-8 business days
• Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

1.3 Delivery Terms

• Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout
• Someone must be present to receive the delivery
• Valid ID proof may be required for delivery
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
• Tracking information is sent via email and SMS

1.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We ensure proper packaging to minimize damage during transit.

1.5 Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we cannot ship to:

• International destinations
• P.O. Box addresses
• Armed Forces Post Office (APO/FPO) addresses

• Product unused and in original condition
• All original accessories and components included
• Clear evidence of manufacturing defect

4. What Cannot Be Returned

• Used Products: Products showing signs of use, installation, or wear
• Damaged Products: Products damaged due to customer handling or installation
• Missing Packaging: Products without original packaging or accessories
• Consumable Items: Filters, membranes, cartridges, and other consumable parts
• Installation Services: Installation charges are non-refundable once service is provided
• Custom Orders: Products ordered with specific customizations
• Time Expired: Products purchased more than 7 days ago

• Processing Time: 2-3 business days after receiving the returned product
• Bank Processing: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Total Time: 5-8 business days from receiving the return

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

• Credit/Debit cards: Refunded to the same card
• UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID
• Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account
• Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to your account

6.3 Refund Amount

• Full product price for manufacturing defects
• Shipping charges refunded if return is due to our error
• Installation charges are non-refundable

7. Replacement Policy

7.1 When Replacement is Offered

• Manufacturing defects confirmed by our team
• Product under warranty period
• Same product is available in stock

7.2 Replacement Process

• We will ship the replacement product within 3-5 business days
• Free shipping for replacement products
• Original product must be returned before replacement is shipped
• Replacement warranty starts from the date of replacement delivery

8. Warranty Information

8.1 Warranty Coverage

All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified in product descriptions:

• Pump and SMPS: 1 year warranty
• Installation: Provided by seller (charges apply: ₹500-700)
• Consumable Parts: Not covered under warranty

8.2 What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in motor (pump)
• Manufacturing defects in SMPS
• Defects in electrical components

8.3 What's Not Covered

• Plastic and glass body damage
• Consumable items (sediment, carbon, membranes, etc.)
• Improper installation by customer
• Damage due to misuse or accidents
• Normal wear and tear

9. Return Shipping and Handling

9.1 Return Shipping

• Free return shipping for manufacturing defects
• Customer pays shipping for non-defect returns
• We arrange pickup for eligible returns

9.2 Packaging Requirements

• Product must be in original packaging
• All accessories and manuals included
• Proper protection to prevent damage during transit
